1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing The Job Search School. We are committed to providing high-quality educational training, coaching, and personalized support to help you improve your professional job search. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern your enrollment, access, and use of the program and services.
2. Nature of Services
The Job Search School provides online education, digital tools, templates, training modules, live support, and personalized services such as résumé reviews and LinkedIn critiques. These services are delivered digitally and access begins immediately upon purchase.
Because the program includes instant access to proprietary content and personalized work performed by our team, your purchase is considered complete at the time of transaction.

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of The Job Search School. We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee designed to give you confidence in your purchase while ensuring fairness to both parties.
3.1 Guarantee Type: Delivery Guarantee
This is a delivery guarantee, not a satisfaction guarantee. We guarantee that we will deliver all training, materials, tools, and services exactly as described on the order page. This guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction, change of mind, differences in expectations, or subjective opinions about the value of the content.
3.2 Refund Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
• Your request must be submitted within 7 days of your original purchase date.

• You must demonstrate that we failed to deliver the training, materials, or services as described on the order page.

3.3 Burden of Proof and Required Documentation

3.4 Right to Deny Refund Requests

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

3.5 No Job Guarantee
We do not guarantee interviews, job placement, employment outcomes, income, or any specific results. Job search outcomes vary based on individual effort, experience, communication, market conditions, and external factors outside our control. We promise to deliver all training, tools, reviews, and support exactly as outlined on the order page. Failure to receive a job offer, interview, or desired outcome does not constitute non-delivery of services and is not grounds for a refund.
3.6 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with all required documentation listed in Section 3.3. Incomplete requests will not be processed. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Our decision on all refund requests is final.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment in Full
When paying in full, you receive immediate access to the entire program, resources, and personalized review services.
4.2 Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you are committing to the full program cost spread across multiple installments. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled. You agree to complete all payments as scheduled regardless of:
• Change in personal circumstances
• Failure to begin the program
• Lack of participation or lack of time
• Financial hardship after purchase
Because full access is granted upon your first payment, all scheduled payments must be completed. Selecting a payment plan does not create a month-to-month subscription that can be stopped at any time.
4.3 Billing Descriptor
All charges will appear on your credit or debit card statement under the billing name “Linked Into Jobs.”

5. Access to Program Materials
Upon purchase, you receive login credentials to a private membership area containing training modules, worksheets, scripts, templates, and submission forms for personalized reviews. Access is for your personal use only. Sharing login details or distributing program content is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these terms or misuse of materials.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Your success depends on your participation and implementation. You acknowledge that:
• You must engage with the training to achieve results
• You must complete assignments to gain maximum value
• You are responsible for submitting your résumé and LinkedIn profile for review
• You are responsible for attending live calls or watching replays
• You must participate in your job search; we cannot apply or interview on your behalf
• No coach or program can guarantee employment
We provide tools, guidance, and support, but you are responsible for your own job search actions.
7. Coaching Support
Your program includes:

8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Because your billing statement will show charges from “Linked Into Jobs,” you agree to review your statement carefully before disputing any transaction.

Chargebacks are appropriate only for:
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
• Non-delivery of purchased services
Chargebacks will not be approved for:

• Personal circumstances
• Misunderstanding the billing descriptor
• Payment plan obligations (these are not subscriptions)
Invalid chargebacks may result in program access removal and may lead to legal action to recover fees, costs, and losses associated with the dispute.
9. Email Delivery & Accurate Contact Information
